Return Policy

MoneyByR is pleased to help its customers manage product retrieval requests according to the following terms

Product Return Policy and Terms:

  • Return policy applies for 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • There must be valid proof of purchase (invoice, order number, etc.).
  • All returned products must be in their original condition (closed in their original purchase packaging with all their accessories).
  • Used or incomplete products are not returned.
  • When recovering a damaged product, the defect must be mentioned in a separate sheet and attached with the invoice. Please do not write or mark any product cover or on the product itself.
  • The customer bears the fee of delivering the returned product.
  • The amount is refunded to your balance on My Purchase Site or your credit card after receipt of the product and verification of its conformity with the terms of the return.

MoneyByRR retains the right to refuse a return/refund/change request.

Please write your claims for “damaged products during delivery” or lost products within 12 hours of receipt of purchases. If you decide to return your purchases, you can do so within 14 days after the purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • To return any product please contact us through whatsapp +96897000803
  • All returned products must be in new condition (as in the case of sale), in their original box, and must include packaging materials, empty warranty cards, manuals, leaflets, and all accessories.
  • The goods must be complete, unused and in a “new” condition as received. If the box opens, we can’t return the product.
  • Attach the invoice in the returned product. If the goods have a defect, please specify the defect, in a separate paper and accompany it with the invoice. Please do not write or tag any place on the product’s cover site (carton) or on the product itself.
  • Return product delivery fees (returned products) must be paid and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • The refund will be on the original payment form only.

MoneyByR reserves the right to refuse a refund/refund/exchange request for any product that does not conform to the site’s specifications and policy.
