About me

Rania Al Khusaibi is an inspiring leader, certified financial literacy trainer, and founder of Al Amal Consultancy.

She is dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses by simplifying complex financial concepts and providing practical guidance on saving, investing, and effective money management.

Through her presence across various social media platforms under the brand MoneyByR, Rania aims to enrich Arabic financial content and promote financial literacy, particularly among young people.

She has participated in several national youth programs and delivered financial education workshops and training sessions across numerous institutions and organizations.

Rania is the first Omani woman to receive the Bronze Award at the Women in Finance – Women Change the World Awards 2025 for the MENA region. She is also a TEDx speaker and co-author of a book exploring empowerment and success for women.
