Cancellation and refund policy

Consultations

• You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your session, from your account page or the link in your confirmation email.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session, and no-shows, are not refunded.
• Instead of cancelling, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before the session.
• If I have to cancel for any reason, you choose between a new time and a full refund.

Session packages

Unbooked sessions can be refunded within the package's validity, after deducting the sessions used at their single-session price.

Recorded workshops

• You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as you haven't watched any of the workshop.
• Once you start watching, the purchase can't be refunded, because the digital content is fully available to you.

Workshops for organisations

Cancellation and payment terms are set out in each organisation's proposal.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing starts as soon as the refund is approved; it can take 5 to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
